  Helpful staff with good quality food. Carvery could be improved - roast potatoes were stale and no selection of onion gravy. Good selection of meats including gammon, turkey and beef. Pigs in blankets are also available for an extra £1 for 3 (although my partner was practically reduced to tears when he didn't recieve his). Lovely garden area outside for an after dinner smoke. However, inside we were greeted by a pungent smell of pineapple due to a gentleman vaping. Unacceptable.
  
  Also, no toothpicks available leaving me with half a cow stuck between my canine and my number 4 crown. This left me very uncomfortable for approximately 14 minutes and 24 seconds. I was quite perturbed when I had to use a crisp £10 note (new style) to remove said meat product which ruined the outer edge of the note.
  
  Overall an good experience.
